Ohlsen v. Hollenbeck

Not really sure what your take on this is Arthur Bright. However I will assure you everything that was published was also tagged as speculation. This lawsuit was frivolous , and a gross misuse of the judicial system in an effort to execute a personal vendetta against myself and Mr. Hollenbeck . For one the text messages were fabricated. If you take note there is no "phone number" associated to them. Mr. Ohlsen should be brought up on charges of purgery for his actions. Further more seeing that you were able to find the original documentation of this law suit. Perhaps you might dig a little deeper and you will find some fact to what was published to the net. There was never and "conspiracy " against Mr. Ohlsen, other than that which he fabricated in his own mind. This was merely a ploy to attempt to distract the investors from the fact that this business failed of Mr. Olsens own hands and doings, or lack there of. The same goes for his marrage. Please do look further into this matter, There are legitimate avenues you can take to research the validity of the posts that were made that were the root of this lawsuit.
